Is "Une Belle Vie" correct french for "a beautiful life"?

Is "Une Belle Vie" correct french for "a beautiful life"?

I'd like a tattoo of it and don't want any silly mistakes xIs "Une Belle Vie" correct french for "a beautiful life"?Literally, yes.

Colloquially, I don't think it's best.

I'd recommend "La vie douce." which is like saying "La dolce vita" [Italian], which is better understood.

But then, my French isn't at it's best, right now.

Peace.
