Question about Belle's outfit from Beauty and the Beast?

Ok I am doing this song called, Belle's song. You know, the one that goes, "There goes the baker with his tray like always, the same old bread and rolls to sell. Every morning just the same.....(ect.) I am trying to find a costume like the one she wears in that song. Either that, or a knee length modest yellow formal.
